To upgrade an NT680 series scan tool, we need you to confirm your tool's serial number.
This is especially important if you didn't originally purchase your tool from us, as we will not have a record of it.

The serial number can be found on a label on the back of the tool, and begins with "N680L" - it will be in the format N680Lab123456
It can also be found by clicking Settings, then selecting About.

To confirm your tool's serial number has been entered correctly, we also need the Foxwell UK Support ID.
All genuine Foxwell UK supplied tools will have a UK Support ID, which can be found on a label on the back of the tool, and begins with "UKFX".

If your tool does not have a UK Support ID, we cannot validate the tool serial number you supplied above is correct. Therefore you order at your own risk - software upgrades cannot be refunded once processed by Foxwell.
If you do not have a UK Support ID, please indicate your acceptance of this by entering "I understand" in the box.

Foxwell UK Support ID (beginning UKFX...)

The 'Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013' (which replaced the Distance Selling Regulations) give you a 14-day 'cooling-off period' for all mail order and online purchases, beginning the day after your order is received.
Within this 14 day period, you have the right to cancel and return the order without penalty, subject to certain conditions.

Products supplied digitally (e.g. software upgrades) are covered by the regulations, however the regulations stipulate that we must not begin supply (i.e. request that Foxwell process the upgrade) for a digital product purchase until 14 days after the purchase has been made - essentially bypassing the cooling-off period.
By requesting activation details for a digital purchase within the 14 day period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the regulations.
