OBDLink MX+ Bluetooth diagnostic interface with Tesla diagnostic adapter.

Tesla cars don't have a combustion engine and therefore aren't covered by EOBD or OBD-II diagnostics legislation or required to have a standard 16-pin diagnostic port fitted.

This special adapter cable can be fitted to the Tesla CAN-bus to provide a 16-pin diagnostic port allowing access to detailed Tesla information.

Suitable for Tesla Model S and Model X vehicles produced after September 2015

Our OBDLink MX+ Bluetooth diagnostic interface is supplied in this package and is the recommended diagnostic interface for these apps.


The diagnostic connector on the Model S and X can be found between the front screen and the cubby. To get access the connector you need to pull the front of the cubby in a downwards direction (not towards you). It is held in place with two metal clips near the front of the cubby. The cubby can be easily clipped back in-place.

If you have a Model S, Ensure your connector under the MCU is BLUE
