Every completed order placed via our website (www.gendan.co.uk or m.gendan.co.uk) between 00:01 November 26th and 09:30 December 22nd 2014, with a total value of �25.00 or more (including VAT but excluding shipping upgrades) will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

Orders placed via telephone or Ebay are not eligible for the prize draw.

To be classed as "completed" an order must be placed via our website and paid for in full.

Any order returned for refund (including orders returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 14-day cooling-off period) will NOT be considered a "completed" order, and is therefore ineligible.

The winner will be drawn at random on Monday December 22nd 2014.

We will attempt to contact the winner on Monday December 22nd using the contact details supplied with their order to arrange delivery of the prize. If we are unable to contact the winner on December 22nd we cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas.

If we can contact the winner on December 22nd, the prize will be shipped the same day by a next working day shipping service. We cannot be held responsible in the unfortunate event that the delivery is delayed until after Christmas due to circumstances beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas if the delivery address for the prize is in a "highlands & islands" location.

If we are unable to contact the winner within 5 working days of the draw result, we will re-draw and award the prize to the next winner.

The prize is an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite e-reader. No cash alternative is available.

Competition Update - December 22nd 2014 As promised, an invoice was drawn at random from the eligible orders this morning selecting a winner and we have been able to contact them to arrange delivery of the prize.
